新版本优化了威胁识别功能：
- 新版本能够侦测EvilParcel漏洞。
- 优化了对已安装应用中感染特征的侦测。
- 新版本能够侦测使用Bangcle、Secshell和新版Tencent打包的被感染应用程序。
- 消除了导致扫描中止的原因。
对应用界面和功能进行了下列修改：
- 禁用了组件“来电和短信过滤”和“防盗器”。
- 去除了URL缩短功能。
为了遵守Google Play政策的新要求，新版本禁用了组件“来电和短信过滤”和“防盗器”。根据新要求，安卓设备用户无论安装何种在Google Play上架的反病毒产品，都无法使用其与短信处理相关的功能。
Android 4.4及更高版本用户可自动更新。如果设备禁用自动更新，需登录Google play，在应用程序列表中选择Dr.Web Security Space，然后点击“更新”。
从Doctor Web公司网站进行更新需下载新版软件。如设置中启用了“应用程序新版本”选项，则更新病毒库时用户会收到新版升级通知，可直接利用对话窗口加载新版。
