9.0版本的安装和删除过程大为简化：安装软件只需将Dr.Web for Mac OS X从DMG镜像拖至文件夹/Applications后并运行软件，删除时只需将其拖至回收站即可。
Dr.Web Anti-virus for Mac OS X界面有更好的用户体验。授权管理器的使用更加简洁明了。添加了屏幕通知，报告与软件运行相关的不同事件。用户可选择显示的通知类型，或选择不显示通知。
新版产品中新增了西班牙语和意大利语支持。
应用程序新版本支持Mac OS X 10.6及更高版本。
升级至9.0版本用户需下载新版本。
