适用Telegram的DrWebBot 2.1优化链接检查

此次对链接检查进行了优化，并消除了导致无需检查的文件类型产品也会尝试检查的错误。
使用DrWebBot for Telegram只需在Telegram找到账号 @DrWebBot（或使用链接telegram.me/drwebbot），之后发送需要检查的文件或链接，Bot会立刻进行扫描并给出扫描结果。
