适用Telegram的DrWebBot 2.1优化

此次更新优化了链接处理和分析机制，提升了对几种类型附件的检查能力。
使用此工具只需在Telegram找到账号 @DrWebBot（或使用链接telegram.me/drwebbot），之后发送需要检查的文件或链接，Bot会立刻进行扫描并给出扫描结果。
