Doctor Web公司发布补丁工具，用于解决操作系统为Windows Vista (SP2+)/7 (SP1+)/8/8.1和Windows Server 2008 (SP2+)/2008 R2 (SP1+)/ 2012/2012 R2的电脑在使用Dr.Web Enterprise Security Suite 13.0或Dr.Web AV-Desk 13.0平台Dr.Web反病毒服务过程中出现的问题。

由于之前发布的Dr.Web Control Service更新没有订阅Microsoft，服务无法启用。此服务上传的时间为3月11日11:23 至13:59（莫斯科时间）。

补丁工具可在此下载。工具会将之前安装的没有订阅Microsoft的 Dr.Web Control Service版本更换为有订阅的版本。更换为自动进行，不需要重启计算机。

启动工具需使用管理员权限。
