适用Telegram的DrWebBot更新

更新涉及的是“仅通知发现威胁”这一模式，更新后可以正确检查视频文件。
使用此工具只需在Telegram找到账号 @DrWebBot（或使用链接 telegram.me/drwebbot），之后发送需要检查的文件或链接，Bot会立刻进行扫描并给出扫描结果。
