对移动管理中心进行的更改：
- 保证与D.Web Enterprise Security Suite 12.0兼容；
- 可使用任意端口连接服务器；
- 禁止更改可安装组件的状态；
- 统计信息不再显示数据为零的表行；
- 应用界面得以改进。
