Dr.Web Link Checker 升级至版本3.9.17

Dr.Web Link Checker中发生的更改：
- 消除了在Google Chrome浏览器老版本中出现的插件设置显示问题 （包括浏览器版本49.0.2623.112）；
- 消除了导致在Google Chrome和Opera无法访问手动阻止功能的错误。
使用升级后的Dr.Web Link Checker只需在相应插件商店下载，具体商店取决于您所使用的浏览器（Google Chrome或Mozilla Firefox）。请您注意，在Google Chrome还可下载用于新版Opera和Yandex浏览器的Dr.Web Link Checker插件。已在使用中的Dr.Web Link Checker会自动升级。
