Dr.Web for Windows 12.0产品扫描仪更新

对扫描仪进行了下列改进：
- 解决了在Windows安全模式下启动扫描仪时出现的问题；
- 更新后从Windows管理员账户启动扫描仪时不再出现用户账户控制组件（UAC）要求提高权限的请求；
- 更新后可在指定不需要扫描仪进行检查的文件和文件夹路径时使用环境变量；
- 优化了扫描仪窗口中的界面元素显示，包括高分辨率显示器上的元素显示。
更新为自动进行。
