Dr.Web for Android移动管理中心11.1.1版本升级

支持的系统发生更改：
- 不再支持4.1版本以下的安卓系统；
- 添加了对安卓系统9.0版本的支持。
修正：
- 消除了安卓平板电脑上在通知设置点击“上一步”按钮时应用运行崩溃的原因；
- 修正了修更改newbies工作站组籍时导致运行崩溃的错误；
- 修正了如Dr.Web AV-Desk服务器确认的工作站如确认时工作站为离线就可以更改组籍和资费的错误。
此外，还更新了库中的产品名称列表。
