机器人的服务按照内容分为下列几组：
- “知识库”帮助用户进行Dr.Web产品注册、安装和设置，并提供一旦设备被感染设备应该采取哪些操作；
- 通过“服务”可以检查可疑的链接或文件、下载用于计算机的Dr.Web工具（比如Dr.Web CureIt!或Dr.Web删除工具）或安卓移动工具。同时还会指导用户如何通过序列号查看授权包含哪些保护组件；
- 用户可以使用“反馈”快速向Doctor Web公司技术支持部门发送申请、举报恶意网站或通知误报，还可以对机器人的工作进行评价。

目前机器人支持英语和俄语两种语言。可使用机器人菜单中的相应按钮进行语言切换。
